This watch is part of the second series of collector Speedmasters #Speedy-Tuesday released by Omega. These limited editions were specifically designed for collectors and sold out online within minutes. These models adopt the design codes of Omega’s most iconic Speedmaster pieces since the beginning. With their vintage look, they are highly collectible and hard to find, and are sold in a characteristic full set version with original box, papers, and many exclusive accessories.


For the Ultraman ST2 version, Omega based its design on the pre-Moon Speedmaster model from before 1969 and recreated all of its aesthetic codes with some unique additions, such as the central orange seconds hand, the Omega logo in a metallic “Pre-Moon” style insert on the dial, and several distinct features specific to this ST2 version: the silhouette of Ultraman’s Beta spacecraft is visible on the minute sub-dial at 9 o’clock when viewed under the blue light projector included in the set, and the seconds sub-dial at 3 o’clock is accented in orange for the first 4 seconds of its cycle (a reference to the 4 seconds needed for the Beta ship to take off). Finally, the dial indexes are accented in orange, and two straps are included in the set: the first, a black leather strap with orange accents, and the second, a black NATO strap with a central orange stripe, both signed and produced by Omega.
