Q: How does the sale work?

After completing the form with your contact details and information about your watch, our buyers conduct a thorough analysis to provide an accurate estimate. Once the estimate is confirmed following a phone consultation, we quickly send you a final offer. If you accept it, we will arrange the details for collecting your watch and ensure secure payment. All these steps can be carried out in our boutique in Aix-en-Provence by appointment. Please note that our purchases are made within France and concern products of French origin or those accompanied by proof of origin or an import tax receipt issued by French Customs.

Q: How long will it take to receive a response to my watch sale proposal at Mostra?

Once your sale proposal has been received in full, along with all the required information, the Mostra team will carefully review your submission. You will receive a detailed response within 48 business hours following the receipt of your documents.

Q: How does the payment work?

Once the purchase agreement is confirmed by Mostra and your bank account details (RIB/IBAN) have been received, payment is made directly via bank transfer to your account within the shortest possible business timeframe — typically within forty-eight hours after the watch has been received and verified for authenticity and condition by Mostra's workshop.
