SpecificitiesMoonwatch, une montre de collection dans son édition 2006
The classic Speedmaster chronograph in all its splendor, 2006 edition. Mechanical watch by Omega, featuring the iconic black Professional Moonwatch dial surrounded by a tachymeter scale bezel. A hand-wound watch powered by the Omega caliber C-1861, the final evolution of the caliber used during the space race era. A timepiece with proven reliability, enhanced resistance to shocks and splashes, adopted by many motorsport and extreme sports enthusiasts.
Collectible steel watch with a 42 mm screw-down case back, water resistant to 5 ATM, engraved on the caseback. Manual-wind mechanical movement Omega 1861 Rhodium caliber, type B5 — a small-seconds chronograph with Stop and Go function. Black Luminova Moonwatch dial type C6, central Flat second hand, and C3 Luminova baton-style hands for hours and minutes. Fixed tachymeter bezel type B5-dot Beneath 70-Style 1, surrounding a Hesalite crystal category A (plexiglass). The three subdials for hours, minutes, and seconds are positioned for easy time reading.
The Speedmaster chronograph, created in 1957, is a multi-purpose watch — for aviation, motorsports, and more. Its functionality and chic vintage appeal have brought it to the silver screen, with frequent appearances in many successful TV series. Numerous limited editions — Apollo missions, Gemini, Skylab, special editions, or Speedy Tuesday — have attracted collectors worldwide, with their value increasing significantly in recent years.
