Your order will generally be prepared within 24 hours after receipt of payment. It will be shipped via Federal Express (Fedex), DHL Express or supported by a carrier specializing in the transport of luxury goods with a tracking number. Your order will be sent to the address indicated during your order or that specified in your customer file. The reception will be done in person against signature, and as such you may be able to prove your identity.
In order to track the progress of your order, we send you a link and a shipping reference to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped with special attention and packaging suitable for fragile items.
The characteristics and dimensions of our packages are adapted to the transport of fragile objects, during the delivery your items are properly protected and insured.
The products are exclusively delivered in mainland France and in the countries of the European Union, to the delivery address that the Customer will indicate during the ordering process.
The average delivery time is 5 working days for metropolitan France and 7 working days for other countries of the European Union.
