The seller expressly declares to be the sole legitimate owner of the watch subject to this sale and certifies that it is free from any lien, seizure, or other restriction that could affect its full ownership or use.
They also guarantee that the watch is not the result of any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
The seller agrees to provide, at the time of the transaction:
- All original documents required (purchase invoice or original certificate of ownership) proving the legal origin and exclusive ownership of the watch.
- All original documents verifying their identity and current address on the day of the sale (national ID card or passport), along with proof of residence (e.g., utility or phone bill).
In the event of a false declaration, the seller acknowledges that they may face legal action in accordance with Articles 441-1 and following of the French Penal Code concerning forgery and the use of forgeries, as well as civil liability.
Finally, the seller confirms that all information provided regarding the condition and functioning of the watch is accurate and truthful as of the date of the sale.
