gmt master 2 batman version - edition full set

The model offered is a Rolex GMT Master II 116710-BLNR-002 stainless steel full-set watch, featuring a 24-hour graduated rotating bezel in black and blue. Nicknamed "Batman" by collectors, this Rolex collector’s watch has a 40 mm diameter case in 904L steel and a 12 mm wrist height. Sapphire crystal with Cyclops magnifier protecting a black dial with luminous round painted hour markers. The hour and minute hands are of the “Mercedes” type, with a central “lollipop” seconds hand, and a date window at 3 o'clock. The additional blue-arrow GMT hand, which completes a 24-hour rotation cycle, is independently adjustable via the crown and indicates a second time zone readable on the two-tone Cerachrom bezel. Although production began in 2013, this rare model remains very difficult to find on the market, just like its cousin, the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona.

Powered by a self-winding mechanical movement with 31 jewels, the Rolex caliber 3186 in this GMT watch offers a 50-hour power reserve. It runs at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and features shock resistance and anti-magnetic properties thanks to its Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex system. Certified chronometer by the COSC in Geneva, the 904L stainless steel hypoallergenic bracelet includes all its links and a folding clasp with anti-opening safety system. The clasp can be adjusted without tools via Rolex’s patented rack system; the bracelet by adding or removing links.

Round steel screw-down case, the GMT Master II is water-resistant to 100 m. Its screw-down crown features triple waterproofing and bidirectional winding capability. With multiple notched positions, the crown allows for step-by-step adjustment of: time (hours, minutes, and seconds in stop-seconds mode for precise synchronization), independent GMT hand for the desired 24-hour time zone, and date setting (via Quick-Date rapid scrolling mode).

This full-set collector’s watch, in near-new condition, has been worn very little and comes with its original box and papers.
