In the following decades, Waltham operated more discreetly. Acquired by international investors, the brand re-emerged in the 2000s with a strategy focused on reissuing historical models. The Field & Marine, inspired by an early waterproof military piece, and the Waltham XA, echoing military dashboard clocks, illustrate the brand's dedication to preserving its DNA while meeting modern expectations.
