Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT Ref. M7939G1A0NRU-0001 “Coke” black/burgundy — MT5450-U — Full Set 2024
Two time zones, One watch that shows you the only cadence that matters: that of your day.
An early flight to London, a video call scheduled with New York, a night return to Marseille: the 58 GMT adjusts with a click. The black/burgundy bezel lays down a precise line, the 24-hour hand keeps home time, the local hour jumps by one notch without upsetting the rest. On the wrist, the BB58 proportions recall the brand’s historic divers; in the hand, the T-fit clasp promises the ease of instant adjustment. One travels better when the hours obey.
The Black Bay aesthetic condenses Tudor’s 1950s–60s DNA: brushed/polished case, “Snowflake,” restrained dials and dive-watch legibility. In 2024, the Black Bay 58 GMT finally brings GMT to the 39 mm format, thinner than the historic 41 mm GMT, and introduces the MT5450-U calibre, METAS-certified in this size: accuracy of 0/+5 s/d, resistance to 15,000 gauss, ≈65 h autonomy and jumping local hour.
The 39 mm steel case (20 mm lug width) sits naturally on the wrist; its 12.8 mm profile slips under a cuff. The 24-hour steel bezel, with black/burgundy anodized aluminium insert, turns smoothly in both directions to read a third time zone if needed. The domed black dial with applied gilt markers offers warm contrast beneath a domed sapphire that diffuses the light. The screw-down crown signs the marine tool, the 200 m water resistance validates both look and function. Beating inside is the MT5450-U: automatic winding, integrated GMT, anti-magnetic silicon balance spring, 65 h reserve, COSC + METAS Master Chronometer. The three-link steel bracelet “rivet-style” receives the T-fit clasp for instant micro-adjustment. A traveller’s tool and an everyday watch: with a suit it stays measured; on the weekend, the Coke bezel adds that slight vintage accent. Two clicks are enough to schedule a call to Tokyo, keep Paris as reference and arrive at dinner on time.
Full Set 2024 example: original box & papers, T-fit steel bracelet, full inspection by the Mostra Workshop. Water resistance tested in line with recommendations; watch ready to wear. (Official specifications: 39 mm, 12.8 mm, 200 m, MT5450-U, 65 h, METAS.)
Each watch is authenticated, checked and prepared by our in-house watchmaking workshop, covered by the Mostra 3-year warranty with long-term support. From the very first contact — in the boutique at 3 Place Forbin or remotely — an advisor accompanies you personally: presentation of the watch in natural light, macro photos or video of the dial, case sides, case back and bezel, verification of the serial number and markings. In the workshop, our watchmaker performs rate, amplitude, deviation and water-resistance tests suited to the model, as well as an anti-magnetism check and fine regulation. Preparation respects the piece’s aesthetic integrity: careful cleaning, bracelet check, sizing to your wrist, then packing if shipped via secure carrier. You leave (or receive at home, insured delivery) with the Mostra Certificate of Authenticity, the workshop control references, usage advice and a direct point of contact for after-sales follow-up (WhatsApp, phone, e-mail). This demand for transparency and service is praised by our clients: our excellent scores on Avis Vérifiés reflect a clear, reassuring and elegant buying experience, from the first exchange to the wrist.
Buying a Tudor at Mostra means choosing a piece that is selected, traced and checked. Each reviewed watch benefits from a complete horological diagnostic, documented authentication (period/reference coherence, original components), and pricing aligned with real market conditions, with no surprises. You enjoy the Mostra 3-year warranty, sizing service and long-term support (scheduled maintenance, conservation advice, refurbishment options if needed). Tudor’s strengths — industrial reliability, timeless design, solid resale value — take on their full meaning when framed by workshop expertise and Mostra traceability. Finally, our clients endorse this peace of mind: the reviews published on Avis Vérifiés attest to high satisfaction, both with the quality of the watches and the attention paid to details and timelines.
