Your order will generally be prepared within 24 hours after receipt of payment. It will be shipped via Fedex Express or supported by a carrier specializing in the transport of luxury products with a tracking number. Your order will be sent to the address indicated during your order or that specified in your customer file. The reception will be done in person against signature, and as such you may be able to prove your identity.

In order to track the progress of your order, we send you a link and a shipping reference to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped with special attention and packaging suitable for fragile items.

The characteristics and dimensions of our packages are adapted to the transport of fragile objects, during the delivery your items are properly protected and insured.

The products are exclusively delivered in mainland France and in the countries of the European Union, to the delivery address that the Customer will indicate during the ordering process.

The average delivery time is 5 working days for metropolitan France and 7 working days for other countries of the European Union.

    Storage of the watch in ideal conditions depending on the model considered and checking of the condition at regular intervals depending on the place of storage. The purchased watch is covered by a one-year warranty under appropriate use in its condition.

Guarantee

The purchase invoice gives rise to a six-month guarantee on the functioning of our vintage collection watches. This guarantee which runs from the transfer of ownership is exercised only in our shop, Mostra-Store SAS will in no case pay an external invoice.

The guarantee of products following a sale applies with regard to appropriate storage by the user and normal use of a vintage collector's watch. This use must correspond to the characteristics and limitations of the watch concerned, and as such fulfill the transport and packaging conditions suitable for the travel of products deemed to be "very fragile".

The warranty for modern or vintage second-hand and collectible watches sold by Mostra applies not only to the functioning but also applies to the authenticity of the Watch. By referring to the precise description of the watches offered on our website www.mostra-store.com, you can select the watch of your choice and, if you wish, request the expertise and knowledge of our experts, available to you either by email , by telephone or possibly by videoconference.

Mostra-Store will in no case take into account in the guarantee of the products: an accident or manipulation having caused a shock, improper handling, lack of care likely to damage the watch, negligence during the immersion of the watch or its contact with a liquid for non-waterproof watches, exposure to a gas or to temperatures that are not compatible with the normal operating range of a vintage watch, and to a malfunction due to incorrect screwing down of the crown of the watch for waterproof models.

Wear or damage to the battery, bracelet, case, crown, pushers and glass are not covered by the warranty.

In certain cases, and on request, Mostra-Store can guarantee certain models of vintage watches over a longer period than the product guarantee following a sale. In this case, this exceptional guarantee must appear on the purchase invoice of the product and be considered as an extension of guarantee applying only to the duration of the guarantee following a sale.

The warranty does not cover all malfunctions or alterations due to opening the watch, loss of parts, maintenance outside our workshops or replacement of spare parts of the watch. Any modification of the original condition observed by us during the sale will result in the cancellation of the purchase guarantee, as such, a description or a photo of the watch in its original condition observed is available during of the sale of our watches on simple request from you at the time of purchase.

On a technical level, Mostra calls on the skills and certification or approval of master watchmakers and watchmaking companies specializing in the maintenance of second-hand and vintage watches. Sometimes, when possible, Mostra uses the technical services of watch companies.

These services include, according to your needs and your agreement:

    A mechanical and aesthetic condition report with a review of the value parameters if the watch is vintage or collectible.
    A repair estimate.
    A polishing of the case and the bracelet if necessary.
    Cleaning using special solutions compatible with vintage condition.
    Lubrication of movement components and mechanical wear parts with replacement if the descriptive estimate is validated.
    A review and function tests after overhaul.
    A water resistance test measurement if the watch has this feature.
    A final quality control in respect of the functioning and appearance of your collector's watch with regard to its original condition and the conditions of use that you wish to apply to it.

After the maintenance of your watch by us, a warranty period of 12 months covers the use of your collector's watch for the use considered during the repair estimate.

With Mostra, you are guaranteed to receive and be able to have your watches serviced by the master watchmaker specialist of each brand in the field of vintage or collection and not to risk distorting the value of your watch by replacing a less consistent with its value.
